THE CRITICS AGREE

Since its grand opening in April 2002 Yamazato has already been reviewed by the area's top food critics. And they are all unanimous:

This elegant new Japanese Restaurant excels at sushi and sashimi-fresh, well carved and generous in portion and makes on of he area's best version of sukiyaki. Applause is due to the sake selection. In addition to the standard hot sake, there are several sakes served cool, the presentation reserved for the very best of the breed. It's a treat to combine good Japanese food with first-rate sake.
